To make up for February 18!

I have never in my life disliked the color silver so much until these past two months. Silver airbrush makeup is so darn expensive!!! I ordered silver makeup  and of course, the north has more snow, so my makeup wasn’t here. Monday or Tuesday happens and I am rummaging in the wee hours of the morning to find an alternative. I find one!! Hallelujah. The only problem is that opening night for my show, in the morning, I get an email from M-Prof and F-Prof that the makeup came in but it isn’t the right size? I freak out.

I paid over $70.00 for shipping to get the right bottle here on time.

So, at this point, I am frantically calling and begin to laugh hysterically. I have never seen hysterical behavior but I can honestly say that I have finally experienced it for the first time in my life.

I go to check the bottle itself and it is the right size, just mislabeled but in the time that I was helping a friend out and working on my own stuff I called the director and the company that has sent me the makeup. I am freaking out still…

The makeup, finally arriving, is good but what isn’t is that the wardrobe crew are using more than I anticipated and it is causing me to have a backup plan that I am okay with but not exactly happy about. So, tonight I am going to go and help apply the alternative makeup.
