NAIL POLISHES USED:

N.Y.C. in French White Tip

L.A. Colors Art Deco in Black

STEPS:

1. Apply base coat

2. Apply two coats of N.Y.C. French White Tip on your nails.

3. Make a line down the center of your nails with Black and then two more at angles to the top edges of the nail bed.

4. Scallop the three straight lines together with the black and it should make it look webby.

5. Apply top coat
