I have noticed that many youtube comments from users ask how they can do designs on nails without actually having tools. Well, here is the answer for doing polka dots with…toothpicks! There is so much that you can do with toothpicks actually. What you can do is get a dot of nail polish on your toothpick. You will need to test it to make sure that it makes the right sized dot that you want. Pretty much that is it and it is totally great because you don’t have to spend the money if you can’t 😉
