I think that after being in the blogging world for 10 years now, at least from what I remember from starting various blogs back in the day. I think that blogging has come along my journey because I am reminded that people change, I have changed, and it has always reminded me that I am growing. I have changed the title of this blog, as you can tell. I am moving towards focusing more on travel because having “The Mermaid Network” as a blog title is a little misleading to readers who specifically want mermaid related things. I think that it was hard to let go of that title for such a long time because mermaids are still a part of my life. However, mermaids aren’t my entire life (though sometimes you can’t tell…). Anyway, I am still going to be releasing content on travel, New York, food, beauty/fashion (here and there). So, here’s to the new things in life, right?

But where am I now? Well, I was going to post sooner but my grandmother recently passed away and I took a quick trip home to attend her funeral. It has been a rough couple of weeks. But, I am ready to get back into the swing of things. I also want to ask you guys if you have any questions that you may have for me about NYC or travel. I would love to answer them! New post coming soon!
