Review: Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Sea Salt Spray

Hello ShopaHAULics, Tiffany here and I am Organix product junkie. As you know, I have done other reviews on Organix products, you can read them HERE. I think that this product is sub par to the rest of the line but let me tell you why… (Also, I don’t live near a beach so this may work really well when you get out of the ocean after a nice swim, if you have tried this method, let me know in the comments!)

Packaging: This bottle seems a little more flimsy compared to the other products in the line. I feel that this bottle is made with a thinner plastic and also doesn’t hold oxygen well in the bottle. I just mean that it kind of becomes concave in the middle of the bottle which isn’t a deal breaker but I just thought maybe someone would want to know. The nozzle is great and sprays out well.

Durability: I would say that this product works well when you have done something the night before. When I put my hair in braids and spray the product in before I take them out the next morning, it keeps a nice shape but does fall out rather quickly into really loose “braid waves”. When I apply this to heat treated curls, it doesn’t quite do much. My hair works best when heat treated to create a style because it holds better. If I use this on it’s own, it doesn’t do much for my hair because heat hasn’t been applied. The picture above is my hair that had been braided the night before and I had this sprayed in the day I took them out with some fine hair spray.

Pigmentation: Clear.

Budget: $7.99 at Ulta.

Overall, this product smells amazing but I don’t know if I would repurchase this again because I am never near or around water. I have stick straight hair so even if I apply this when my hair is wet from the shower, it probably wouldn’t create the look of beachy waves that I want that look effortless…
