How to Pack Avocados/Guacamole in the Fridge

Raise your hand if all you want to do is have a never ending stock of avocados or guacamole, you know you do! My brother actually taught me how to pack guacamole into the fridge without it browning or going bad the next day or couple of days.

Instructions:

1. Pack your guacamole into a container and press it down with a spoon to get as much air out as possible.

2. Put a generous amount of lemon juice onto the guacamole.

3. Take a piece of saran wrap that is larger than the container top and press the guacamole in.
4. Close the container with the lid and place it in the fridge to have the next day!

If you plan to serve the guacamole the next day, you may want to double check the flavor since cold items tend to taste different than when they were in room temperature.
