I found a recipe on The Food Network and wanted to do my own version of it. I may have gone a little feta crazy, but it was so good and surprisingly light!
What you will need: Lemon juice Oil Feta Red Onion Avocado Cilantro
1. Wash and dice the red onion. 2. Wash and mince the cilantro
3. Wash and cut your avocado in half, remove the pit and place into bowl.
4. Add oil and lemon juice and mix all ingredients together.
Optional: Add salt and pepper for more taste.
