I will be honest and say that I don’t like fish very much or at all. Maybe it is because fish are friends, not food, but I think that I am just specific about fish. I guess I shouldn’t say I don’t like fish, I like fish eyes, fish eggs, fish tails, anything but the actual meat. You could say I am a little odd in that sense but I think I have solved the problem. So here is a receipe that I made up off the top of my head and, as a non-fish lover, actually love to eat this!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Fish fillet [I think mine is a Swai fillet]
Seasonings: Paprika, pepper, dried minced garlic, basil, salt/garlic mixture, lemon leaves
Optional: Garlic Powder
[Sounds like a lot of garlic but as long as you add them in moderation throughout the process you should still be fine!]
STEPS:
1. Apply your seasonings to both sides of the fillet.
2. Put oil and dried minced garlic into the pan and wait until it begins to sizzle.
3. Place your fish in. [Careful because oil will fly!]
4. Flip your fish to the other side.
Enjoy!
[I placed the fillet on a bed of rice that has no seasonings added since the fillet is pretty strong on its own. I recommend keeping all other elements in your dish simple with little to no seasoning.]
