I don’t know what has been happening to my body but I honestly have the worse time getting to sleep and have been waking up for the past two days early. Yesterday I woke up at 5:50-ish and today I woke up around 6:50-ish. I would think that since I didn’t go to sleep until around midnight last night that I would have slept in really late today but I didn’t.
I don’t know if my body is no longer on college clock where I sleep when I want and stay up all night to work on homework (only did that three times in my whole college career so far).
Speaking of trouble sleeping though, I have an app called “White Noise” it is free and it plays ocean waves. I have trouble sleeping so I got this app in December after I had gone to the beach on a family vacation. It helps me sleep much faster than I used to. I still have trouble sleeping but this helps immensely. If you don’t like ocean waves, there are other free apps that have multiple noises to help you fall asleep.
