I have had movie nights before, sure, with my siblings and even family. I have no problem doing that but when it comes to “outside” people. I have never done it before.
Before we get into the movie night…I decided to go to a play reading held by my peers and it was pretty great. I then asked my three good friends who I have gotten much closer to to eat dinner and we went to the fanciest place on campus which was NOT fast food. We all had a good time eating and having a jolly old time talking about things from video games to theatre to other random things. We then went to Starbucks. I paid for dinner and Starbucks. We all decided after walking back to 24’s (crush from freshman year of college) bike and wondered about seeing a movie. We landed on The Amazing Spiderman 2 which is funny since two of us (including me) hadn’t seen the first one.
We all decide any way to go and see the movie. I know that my one friend who I said in a previous post would be cute with him paid for her ticket rather than me which now that I think about it is probably because I paid for dinner and Starbucks.
We all watch it and it was a pretty good movie even though someone dies which I won’t spoil if you haven’t seen it.
After the movie we all head back, my friend driving, and 24 drops off first and then my other friend and then myself. I am so happy that I was able to have a really good experience with a movie night because it isn’t really the food or movie itself but the people that you are sharing that time with.
