I love it when I can find something that I have already seen or had when I was younger that makes me miss it so much more and cherish it. This may seem odd but I love manga (japanese comic books) and anime (japanese cartoons). I have always loved them since the ripe ‘ol age of four or five. An anime I have recently come back to love and watch is called Vampire Knight and Vampire Knight Guilty (second season). I have always had an infatuation with vampires and Vampire Knight is no exception.

Created by Matsuri Hino, an amazing illustrator and storyteller I fell in love with the manga. I just looked up the manga and realized that it is still going on! I am quite excited and am planning on reading the manga from the start to where it is currently.

Vampire Knight, the anime, is an amazing adaptation because it does keep with the story line for the most part and doesn’t stray…what I don’t like is that it ended so early!! Technically I don’t think that the ending is what it should have been but that is okay.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys in on an amazing anime that I truly have loved and have watched all the episodes as my reward for such a hard semester.

I did more research and found out that the manga ended this year! :0 What have I been missing?!
