Neon Pink is the one with the bright pink cap and Luminous Lavender is the pale colored cap. Alright, so I will let everyone know now that these are more matte than anything else. They are also better used for a base which is not a bad thing. The application is really good, you don’t have to press hard on the lid at all. I like to use Luminous Lavender as a highlight and Neon Pink for a base. The colors are real good. I bought these in a twin pack, for $1!!! I got them at Dollar Tree :]

Positive: Good for a base or highlight

Negative: Nothing so far…I don’t know how to sharpen them down…hopefully the sharpener I have will get it.
